The success of any skating facility relies on its staff, since many rink operations do not have a dedicated Human Resource Departments it is important to have a useful and practical system for handling Human Resource issues. This course will give you information and tools to help handle Human Resource issues correctly and efficiently.
This course also looks at the interaction of employees to customers and employee to employee. Ideas to help you create a staff that is empowered and motivated not frustrated and unhappy. Customer Service is very important in the rink industry and each facility needs to work with its staff to help create great service for its customers! Participants will complete a written exam on the final day of class.
