Operations & Risk Management (ORM)
This Management Course focuses on topics related to operating an ice arena safely and efficiently. Participants will learn how to identify, assess, and properly address safety and risk related issues in their own ice arena. This course will also include information pertaining to the “back of house” operations. Participants will complete a written exam on the final day of class.
