Operations & Risk Management
This course will focus on topics related to components that allow an operator to manage their facility safely, efficiently and effectively. This course will cover documentation and procedures that not only protect a facility in emergency situations but allow the operator to use the documentation to run the facility efficiently.Programming, Marketing & Promotions
This course focuses on the programming and "front of the house" operations. Skating facility promotions and marketing strategies are reviewed, and the sharing of ideas will be encouraged. This course is for those who want to maximize the profitability of their skating facility.Ice Maintenance & Equipment Operations
